Chikorita From start to Finish

So as i mentioned before in my batch of sketches the first one i draw was chikorita

and aside from Mew it was the one i was happiest with even though the pose is kinda plain... i was just glad that it kinda looked like what i was trying to go for.
So then i work on mew and it goes over fairly well and i figure why not do chikorita for fun and then move onto something else...
i did the lines and the flat colour and then kinda lost interest... i wasn't unhappy with it i just wanted to do something else.

I watch Amnesia ep 9 which was released on crunchyroll today...
and oh boy did i get mad...
really mad...
so mad that i'm not sure if i'll continue watching... though i'm so close to the end.... i may just finish it so i can feel more justified in my complaints.... but i was losing my shit on skype cause... wow... just wow...
anyways because i was so ticked off i just started colouring... about 40 mins later i was done... and still pretty pissed... oh well....

she's not as good as mew but i had a lot of fun with it... i did try to have some atmospheric perspective in the lines but cause the pose is so shallow it didn't completely work out... oh well it's always good to try and fail...
i should check chikorita's shiny colours and just do a quick version... cause why not?
oh... .right.... siny chikorita looks kinda wilted...

i liek not shiny colouring so much more i can't even begin to describe... but it's fun doing these shiny versions.... even if this is the only place i'll ever post them.

so yeah this was a lot of fun... i don't think i'll do any more pokemon for a while but i really don't know.
so i hope you like it.
